Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Record an Unboxing Video: To ensure smooth processing of your return or refund request, we require you to record an unboxing video while opening the package. This helps verify the condition of the product at the time of receipt and is essential for processing claims for damaged goods.

  2. Contact Us: Email the unboxing video along with a clear description of the damage or defect to our customer support team at info@goloomlife.com for assistance. Please include:

    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • A photo or video of the damaged product
  3. Return Instructions: Once we review your return request and verify the damage, we will guide you on how to return the product. Return shipping charges will be covered by Loom Life for damaged or defective items.

  4. Replacement or Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement product (if in stock) at no additional cost, or
    • Process a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Damaged Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase but the product is in good condition (not damaged or defective), we may accept a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Return Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the packaging intact.
